+ There's a style to the music. + There's a fashion to the words. + There's a seduction in the sound of Jay West, but what makes it provocative is all within the details.
+ The Jay West Perspective is romantic. The Jay West Aesthetic is tailored. The Jay West agenda is to INSPIRE. “Southern California’s Newest Buzzworthy Artist” is preparing a follow-up to the cult classic mixtape, “Drugs+Candy”. The table is set.
Sir Michael Jackson was ahead of his time for quite a long time and he has been taken far too soon. Fortunately, for us all he created a legacy that will withstand the test of time. Artists and producers who may not have even had the chance to shake man's had felt the impact of his energy through the music he created. Here is a map of MJ Songs that influenced the records of other artists. Think about it.
Charlemagne (103 The Beat) interviews Red Cafe but ether-views Cassie. As my dude Gilles would say, that's Bushi. The nigga spends a lot of time talking about Diddy and dissing his rap skills. He talks big stuff about Rihanna and Beyonce but he shits on Cassie. You listen to it and make the call. What was the purpose of the interview? Dude was loud-talking her and not really giving her much room to speak clearly about some of the controversy surrounding recent issues involving her. I don't toss around the term hate but.....................
I'm a pretty avid listener of The Clipse and Kanye (just look at the blog) but this video did not drive me wild. It really could have been a bigger deal. From all the preliminary behind-the-scenes footage that came out, I thought Kaws was gonna have something to do with the visuals. Guess that was wishful thinking.

this is a beast of an idea for little builders and lovers of architecture of all ages. I used to like LEGO a lot as a little boy. This would just be kind of intimidating but the idea is cool. The Frank Lloyd Wright "Replicas" are what got me going --Fallingwater and The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum respectively showed up top. Excitement by this kind of thing is what makes me realize I'm kind of a geek.
Why am I getting into this so late? I feel like I had to discover this little gem myself when i'm sure people have had the word about Phoenix's incredibly infection tune, "Lisztomania" long before me posting this acoustic version of the jam. This is being remixed heavy right about now (contest). Remember when the acapellas for Love Lockdown got released? Its kinda like a big deal.
