Theophilus London is one of my favorite "new" guys. I would have found it pretty awesome to see him on the Freshman 10 list kinda in a Kid Cudi type fashion. He raps (he's nice) and he does that melodic thing too. He's just dope! If you haven't heard much from him, GOOGLE him. Its worth it.
